The fruit to be harvested

Since the late nineties, our company has made the decision not to uproot the old vineyards, whose vines date back 1960, encapsulating the history and flavor of our wine. Therefore, we painstakingly restored the plantation, replacing what was necessary and replanting new vines, grafting shoots from these latter ones, It’s a conservative choice that the few make nowadays due to its demanding nature and cost. All white wine are exclusively produced in tufaceous soils, ensuring fragrant and fruity flavor. As for red wines they are rigorously cultivated in soils rich in rock, as historical tradiction dictates, well drained, and dry, that impart strong flavor and sturdy structures, ensuring longevity.
