OLIO EXTRAVERGINE DI OLIVA DI MASO

Our oil is obtained from the pressing of approximately 600 plants, some of which are centuries-old, such as Leccino, Moraiolo and Frantoiano. The harvest is done manually by selecting plant by plant maintaining its originality and freshness. To obtain the best possible quality oil, the olives are pressed within two hours of delivery. The oil, freshly pressed, rich in antioxidant properties, is stored in steel containers where it maintains its characteristics at their best.
